These terms apply to Appeal Ready, a Tweenage product.

What you are buying

Appeal Ready generates a draft school admission appeal letter based on the information you provide. It is a practical starting point, not a finished submission.

What it is not

Appeal Ready is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee any appeal outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Review and adapt the draft before submitting it.
• Check the correct deadline, evidence requirements, and submission route for your school, council, or admission authority.

Payment and regenerations

The price is shown at checkout. If something goes wrong, or the draft needs reworking, email hello@appealready.co.uk within 48 hours and we will regenerate it free.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for spam, fraud, abusive submissions, or automated misuse.

Liability

We provide Appeal Ready in good faith as a drafting tool. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer, local procedural differences, or appeal outcomes.
